We reserve the right to restrict access to specific areas of this website or the whole website.  You must not attempt to circumvent or bypass any access restriction measures placed on our website.

5. Members access

Members will be provided with a link that allows them to ‘claim’ their listing. This will provide access to their listing for the purposes of uploading images and modifying any content within their listing.

To be eligible for access to the members area on this website members must have an up to date and fully paid membership with the Ullswater Association. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access this website unless they have been appointed to represent the business and have been registered as the nominated person with the Ullswater Association.

We may suspend or close your account at any time at our sole discretion without notice or explanation. Similarly you may request to close your account at anytime by contacting the Ullswater Association.

This website includes areas where a member’s information is made available to the public. Any information submitted by you to the Ullswater Association shall be subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy

6. Members content

You may upload images and edit the content of your listing using the editing facility made available on our website. Similarly, with your specific consent, we may upload, edit and publish the content of your listing to this website. We reserve the right to delete or edit any or all of your content should you be in breach of these terms and conditions in any way.

Your content* must not be illegal or unlawful and must not infringe any individual’s or business’s legal rights. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Libelous or maliciously false content
  • Obscene or indecent content
  • Content that is racial, blasphemous, contains religious hatred or discrimination
