The information you may submit through our Submit an event form includes your name, email address, telephone number, website address, event name, start & end date, location, cost, opening hours & images. We will only use this information for the purpose of listing an event.
Information that we collect from our members
When you use this site you may submit information to us through our business login page including your name, email address, telephone number, business address, website address, details of your organisation (listing) and images. We may collect, store & use this information about you for the purpose of listing your business only.
Use of your information
We will hold your information securely and use it only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support and improve our work within the Ullswater Association.
Disclosure of your information
The only parties to whom we may disclose your information are the Ullswater Association executive committee for the purposes of administrating your membership and website listing. We will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

Although information that you submit to us on this website may, incidentally in the course of transmission, be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will not otherwise transfer your information outside the EEA.
