Highlights include the world famous Marmalade Festival, the popular Winter Droving, Ullswater Walking Festival or Ullswater’s very own Daff Fest. The Heritage of the Hill- Bred Fell Pony

The Fell Pony Heritage Trust will host an Exhibition about the Heritage of the Hill-Bred Fell Pony at Gowbarrow Hall Farm, Ullswater, in the Lake District at one of the Wilderculture’s projects with aspects of rewilding and regenerative farming. Fell Ponies are an integral part of the living system at Gowbarrow along with the cattle and pigs.
The display will feature artwork and photographs from local artists. It will be in the farm’s traditional bank barn to bring together all the intrinsic parts of Cumbria’s landscape and cultural heritage of farming, animals and wildlife.
A short farm walk to see the animals will be part of the exhibition.

Entrance to the exhibition will be by purchase of tickets upon arrival.
