There is a fantastic range of events that take place in and around Ullswater each year that celebrate the rich diversity, local history, culture and beauty of the area. Historic Hartsop – Walk

Catch the bus to Hartsop for a scenic walk around Brotherswater and Hartsop village. Lots of interest for history buffs!
Grade description
A 12.5km walk. A reasonable level of fitness is needed. Walking boots and equipment including warm, waterproof clothing are essential.
