FREE 45 min Nordic Walking Taster!

A 45 minute session that will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!
This Introductory session will give you an insight into how the poles can propel you along and work the whole body. You will also understand why it is important to learn the technique properly in order to get maximum benefit.
It’s a good idea to bring your waterproofs, in case of the changeable Lake District weather!
We lend you the poles out.
