New home for Ullswater e-bikes!
Ullswater eBikes is thrilled to announce the opening of their new shop, located in the Tourist Information Center in the heart of Glenridding. This move marks a significant milestone in their journey towards helping promote a cleaner, greener and less congested future for the Lake District and its visitors.
Born from a vision inspired by the decongested first lockdown, Ullswater eBikes was established with the goal of reducing traffic congestion whilst still making the unique charm of this small part of the world accessible. Their new shop will not only allow them to expand on their fleet of eBikes, it has also given them the ability to invest and diversify into the servicing and sales of eBikes.
They have invested in a ROwasher parts washer which is employs a method of using natural bioremediation to dramatically reduce waste fluid generated in the servicing and maintenance of both analogue and electric bikes. This simply means a massive reduction in hazardous waste using a safe and environmentally friendly way to handle oil-based waste.
Along with the ROWASH, they have also invested in a UNIOR electric bike stand that makes for a more ergonomic workshop which means they are able to work safely and with ease on heavy eBikes.
While they will no longer be able to offer delivery 7 days a week*, their shop will ensure a seamless experience for all that seek to discover both the splendor of Ullswater and the ease at which eBikes allow this to be.
