There is a fantastic range of events that take place in and around Ullswater each year that celebrate the rich diversity, local history, culture and beauty of the area. Highlights include the world famous Marmalade Festival, the popular Winter Droving, Ullswater Walking Festival or Ullswater’s very own Daff Fest. Outdoor Fest Wake Up Nordic Circuits

Gradual introduction to some of the exercises used in Ultimate Nordic Circuits, testing resistance bands specifically designed for use with Nordic poles in the outdoors. Also trying bungy poles, designed with many purposes, my favourite being the extra use of the under upper arms (batwing tightening!) As a new group we will start at a low level of Aerobic & Muscular Endurance, to build an understanding of your own body’s limits. Aira Force is a PERFECT training ground to test your fitness… plenty of steps – fab for co-ordination & fitness with Nordic poles!
Suitability:** A Valid Registered Nordic Walking UK Freedom Card is required to book this Activity, suitable for those who want a little bit of a push for their bodies even further!
