Learn to Nordic Walk (Fasttrack) – Glenridding

This course consists of 1 sessions. During each hour, as we progress through the Nordic Walking Gears, we will have a short teaching session followed by a short walk to practice your new skill as it progresses each session. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH WALKING AND BEING ON YOUR FEET FOR THREE HOURS AS THIS IS QUITE AN INTENSIVE COURSE TO LEARN ALL THE NORDIC SKILLS IN 3 HOURS!!
Gain your Nordic Walking UK Passport on completion of the course to continue your Nordic journey, back home, there are over 300 instructors in the UK.
Leki Nordic Walking Poles are provided for the duration of the course, with the opportunity to buy from Nic or by mail order thereafter
