Introduction to Fermenting Vegetables
In this hands on workshop, we will cover simple fermentation methods, their endless benefits, and issues that might crop up. Bring an apron, prepare to get your hands messy, and possibly purple!
You will leave with at least one jar of your own delicious sauerkraut, at the very start of its fermenting journey, plus the knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence to be creative and experiment with your very own home fermentations.
