There is a fantastic range of events that take place in and around Ullswater each year that celebrate the rich diversity, local history, culture and beauty of the area. Highlights include the world famous Marmalade Festival, the popular Winter Droving, Ullswater Walking Festival or Ullswater’s very own Daff Fest. Fell Pony Stallion Show

Starts from 8.30am until approx 3pm on the large field past the house going towards Pooley Bridge & near Lake Ullswater.
The House & Gardens are CLOSED but provide a beautiful backdrop for this traditional event.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy a lovely traditional day out, bring a picnic or there is catering provided on site by Katy Edgar. Relax in the historic setting and picturesque surroundings of the Lake District Fells. Entry: Adults £3, Children FREE.
