Highlights include the world famous Marmalade Festival, the popular Winter Droving, Ullswater Walking Festival or Ullswater’s very own Daff Fest. DIG FOR DAFFS: THE GREAT DAFFODIL BULB PLANT

10am-12pm Glenridding, 2pm-4pm Pooley Bridge
As part of Daff Fest 2016, join us for a community bulb planting. Help us make Glenridding and Pooley Bridge look blooming beautiful again with 3000 bulbs to plant across the two villages. Once the morning team in Glenridding have finished planting, members of the planting team will deliver the remaining bulbs, courtesy of Ullswater Steamers, to the Pooley Bridge team for the afternoon session. Refreshments courtesy of Sharmans in Glenridding and Pooley Bridge Village Hall.
Suitability: All ages but please bring a trowel and wear weather-appropriate clothing / footwear
