Gowbarrow Hall Farm is a family run farm on the south facing shores of Ullswater in the Lake District. The farm is under the management of Sam and Claire Beaumont, as the third generation. We are passionate about maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape and enriching the wildlife that falls within it. We are caring for the environment and are conscious of how farming fits within the wider global issues that our planet is facing.

Located in the heart of Glenridding and 5 minutes from Patterdale, The Corner Shop provides all your daily essentials from newspapers to dog food and everything in between. Open daily from 07:00 to 18:30 (later at weekends and the summer). If you’re visiting the area just pop in and say hello.
